At Cyber Shoulder, we understand that trust is everything — especially when you’re reaching out for help in matters of cybersecurity. Whether you're submitting a contact form or messaging us via WhatsApp, we want you to know exactly how your information is handled, protected, and respected.
Any details you share with us — be it a general question, a suspected incident, or sensitive technical data — are treated with the utmost confidentiality from the moment they arrive. We only collect what you choose to share, and we never use your information for marketing, profiling, or any secondary purpose.
Only vetted members of the Cyber Shoulder team — all of whom are CBS-verified and bound by strict internal confidentiality expectations — have access to submitted information. These team members are security professionals by trade and apply that same rigour to how your data is treated behind the scenes.
We do not use any third-party CRM, helpdesk, or cloud-based communication systems. This means your messages stay where they were sent, read only by the people who need to see them — and no one else.
These are stored securely in a protected webmail inbox, which is safeguarded with two-factor authentication and multiple layered security controls. The information remains within this environment and is never exported or forwarded to any third-party systems.
Messages sent to us via WhatsApp are end-to-end encrypted by default. They are only accessible from a single, secured mobile device that is kept up-to-date, protected by antivirus, and used solely for Cyber Shoulder communications. We do not copy, download, or move these conversations elsewhere.
If your situation calls for it, we're happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before any sensitive discussions begin. Just ask — your peace of mind comes first.
