Our Mission

I’m Lewis, Head of Cyber Threat Defence at a managed security provider. I’ve spent years leading teams through real-world incidents from phishing attacks to ransomware outbreaks, helping organisations understand threats, respond with confidence, and guide their cyber security journey.

I started Cyber Shoulder because I believe security shouldn’t feel intimidating or out of reach. This initiative is my way of giving back: sharing practical advice, making complex topics simple, and creating a space where we support each.
